REGISTRATION
is required before entering campground. A car pass must be
displayed on your rear view mirror at all times while in the
campground.
CHILDREN,
17 and younger must be under adult supervision at all times, including
at the playground, restrooms and water areas. Children must remain at
the campsite after dusk. Adults must be responsible for the safety and
conduct of their children. No bicycle riding after dusk.
CAMPFIRES
are permitted only in the fire rings and logs, branches, and burnables
must be in the fire ring only and not over the edge, and fire rings are
not to be moved. Fires must be totally extinguished before leaving your
campsite or retiring for the night.
PETS must be on a
leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in the bathhouse.
They must be inside your RV or tent at night and NOT left unattended at
any time. Barking dogs are considered a nuisance and you may be asked
to leave so as not to disturb other campers. Exotic pets are not
allowed. Cleaning up after your pets with plastic bags or a shovel is
mandatory. Plastic bags are available in the office. A fee may be
charged if we have to clean up after your pet.
CHECK-OUT TIME
is noon. If you desire a later check-out, notify the office to make
arrangements; otherwiseadditional charges may be incurred.
QUIET HOURS
are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. During the day, noise must not overflow
into other campsites. No wood chopping, campfire singing or loud
laughter or noisy equipment handling is allowed. If you plan a late
night party, please do not register. Only registered guests are allowed
on the grounds after 9:00 p.m.
CAMPGROUND GATE
WILL BE CLOSED AT 10:00 p.m.
RADIOS.
No radios, TV's or VCR's are allowed, except inside an RV.
PICNIC TABLES
are provided for each site and are not to be moved.
PLEASE
help us by keeping your campsite and the campground free of litter
(this includes cigarette butts). Place all garbage in plastic bags
(available in office, if needed). Place plastic bags near a tree near
the road every morning for pick-up between 8-10:00 a.m.
WE RECYCLE
all beverage containers----glass, plastic and aluminium cans. Place
them in separate receptacles provided at the bathhouse or store.
SPEED LIMIT IS 7 MPH.
Please watch out for children.
DISCHARGE
of firearms and fireworks is strictly prohibited.
ALL NATURE IS PROTECTED
at RiverCamp. Do not injure or kill any animals, alter the creek, river
or trees in any way. Trees and tree limbs must not be cut or damaged in
any way. Attaching anything to the trees (including tarps and
clotheslines), digging in the ground for any reason or rock or gravel
throwing is prohibited. If you cause damage, a fee will be charged for
repair or replacement.
CLOTHESLINES, ROPES AND HAMMOCKS
are prohibited (including hanging clothes) from trees and limbs.
Laundry facilities are available at the office.
GRAY WATER
is not to be dumped on the ground. Use the dumpstation beside the
bathhouse.
GUESTS
All guests MUST
register in the office, obey all rules and regulations, and display a
car pass (hung on the rear view mirror) at all times. Limit of 4 guests
per site and a fee will be charged. All guests must leave the
campground by 9:00 p.m.
SMOKING
is not permitted in the bathhouse, store or transportation vans.
RIVER BANK
Campers are not allowed within 20 feet of the edge. All tents, tables,
chairs and fire rings must be between electric/water pedestals and the
road. Keep away from newly planted trees. Entering the river and/or
pulling canoes, kayaks, tubes, etc. up and down the river bank is
strictly prohibited.
